| Ensure that the item is not available at NCU library | * Scope of service: books, journal articles, conference papers, dissertations & theses.
* Please ensure the full journal title, ISSN or ISBN by checking WorldCat
* Please ensure that the item is not available at NCU Library by checking Discovery and Delivery System.
* To borrow books, please ensure that the items are not available at UST by checking UST Catalog.

| Fill the online request form | * Fill the request form via Discovery and Delivery System or UST Interlibrary Loan.
* User ID is your Personal ID number. By default, your password is the same as User ID.

| Receive the confirmation letter | * You will get a confirmation letter in 3-7 days when items arrives or the request cannot be fulfilled. |
| Pick up items time | * Go to own library to take the documents: After receiving e-mail notification, please go to the Reference and Consulting Desk to take the document (Mon-Fri, 8:30~20:00; Saturday 11:00-18:30), for taking documents on holidays, please call 57407 beforehand for inquiry.
